Terms of Service

Bookings

Lessons must be booked through your learner account. A confirmed booking is one for which payment has been received.

Cancellation policy

Lessons cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the lesson are non-refundable.

Conduct

Learners must be in a fit state to drive (no alcohol or drugs) and hold a valid provisional or full UK driving licence at the start of each lesson.

Liability

The instructor maintains fully comprehensive tuition insurance. Learners are responsible for traffic offences committed against highway code while supervised.
